[Peace-discuss] [SDaS] 4th of July / AWARE's twist on the theme is "Celebrating the World's Youth" / help on the idea, please

Good points Elizabeth, we should change the theme title.

Yes, we had indeed thought at one time to celebrate groups like Kathy
Kelly's youth in Afghanistan who are working for peace (AFGHAN YOUTH
PEACE VOLUNTEERS). But several things became obstacles: 1) few people
know the groups so we would have to give more than just the name of
the groups. 2) we don't know of that many groups and what they are
working on, though we do know there are Israeli youth working with
Palestinian youth for understanding and peace, surely there are
hundreds of groups and we only know of a few.
