[Peace-discuss] Obamacare Wins, We Lose

I'm really not sure of the electoral effect - it may be a wash (pace  
Stauber's #4).

Intrade seems to think it nets for BHO.

But of course, "This November nothing's on the line. The stakes  
couldn’t be much lower."
