There's no doubt about the child-killing drone attacks, the Kill List, the Terror Tuesdays, the Dispostion Matrix - for all the administration tells the courts the assassination regime is secret, except when they want to advertise it.
The murders - which undoubtedly occur and are continuing - are indeed terrorism and war crimes, as well as unconstitutional in American law. Corpses should line the stage at the presidential inauguration.
