[How about a float listing the Constitutional provisions most egregiously violated by the current government?]

The Constitution of the United States:

Art. 1, sect. 8. The Congress shall have power ... to declare war...

1. Congress shall make no law ... abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right 
of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

4. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects,
against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated...

5. No person shall ... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law...

6. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial...

7. Excessive bail shall not be required ... nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

9. The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not 
be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

10. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, 
nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

IS THE GOVERNMENT OBSERVING OUR RIGHTS?

WE MUST INSIST UPON IT:

UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL
