It would have been good to see what Dey said.

Hillary Clinton is pretty damn atrocious in the physical appearance 
department
not to mention her ideas.

One gathers from the context that Ms Isabelle Fitzpatrick is
neither thin nor pretty but she is certainly vocal and opinionated
as well as full of...brilliant ideas.
