[Peace-discuss] [OccupyCU] Controversy stalks Sunday's 9/11Truth Conference

I wouldn't call the crime of the century  American " Reichstag Fire " false flag operation that was the 9-11 attacks, that is the main justification for the Mideast wars, global empire, and repressive laws counter to the Bill of Rights a "distraction ".

I call it the achilles heel of the U.S. neo-con / neo-liberal corporate empire, that should have been jumped on by the Left immediately after the 9-11 attacks.
Some on the Left like : Cynthia McKinney, Michael Parrenti and Howard Zinn to name a few did, but the rest believed the Bush administration fairy-tale repeated over and over again by the corporate media, and the likes of the Nation and the Progressive followed suit.
A lost oppurtunity for certain, but better late than never.
