Comments like this are quite common now in Israel. This article, from 
David Sheen, describes the blood curdling comments made by top rabbis 
and politicians there, including the open call to kill all Palestinians 
as well as such statements as advocating killing Palestinian men and 
bringing back their foreskins for trophies.

Similar statements are now starting to get an echo here in the US.
