*Greetings!*

proud to announce its full support of Gov. Gary Johnson, the 2012
Libertarian Candidate for President

as he takes on the hefty task of bringing the Commission on Presidential
Debates

the courts after the Commission denied him participation in the 2012
Presidential Debates

The lawsuit is scheduled to be re-filed in Washington, D.C.

Free and Equal commends Gov. Johnson's work with Our America Initiative

insist that the Commission allow all qualified candidates to participate
in the national Presidential debates, not limit the debates to the two
major parties, as is currently the case. The Free and Equal Elections
Foundation believes the two-party system does not represent the majority
of the American population and are convinced Gov. Gary Johnson’s lawsuit

help ensure a fair election process moving forward.

The Free and Equal Elections Foundation and its many loyal volunteers
and supporters believe our nation needs to stop letting the two-party
status quo divide us. With the help of Free and Equal’s Open Debates

the Free and Equal Elections Foundation is working hard to break the
mold and create a new future that allows for equal and fair
representation to all candidates for all offices. They are confident
their endeavors and the efforts of Gov. Gary Johnson will prevent the
Commission, a private organization created by the Republican and
Democrat parties and funded by special interest groups, from making it
impossible for independent & alternative-party candidates to participate
in the Presidential debates. *“Polls are showing the majority of
Americans are identifying themselves as ‘Independents’ and that majority
needs to be free to hear from all candidates, especially those
candidates that truly represent the new majority,” stated Gov. Gary
Johnson, “I will continue to fight to ensure that liberty demands a
place in all Presidential debates.”*

Moderated by Larry King & Thom Hartmann, Free and Equal hosted open
presidential debates
<http://freeandequal.us3.list-manage2.com/track/click?u=32d7ea9e5ff3d6e89c13e9208&id=e04212a732&e=cf8f54b2f7>in
2012 which aired in 1.1 billion households around the world to offer
voters a true alternative to the scripted mainstream debates, giving
voice to candidates like Gary Johnson, Jill Stein, Rocky Anderson, and
Virgil Goode. Their voices are then able to tackle real issues that
Americans care about, allowing voters to choose a candidate based on
merit, not party affiliation. The people spoke - the debates were Top 10
trending on Twitter!

By backing this initiative, Free and Equal feels the Commission will be
forced to stop using the debates as a tool to silence the wishes of the
majority of Americans. The Free and Equal Elections Foundation will
continue to follow Gov. Gary Johnson’s journey and publish updates
regarding our future Open Debates.

Free and Equal supports Governor Johnson working with people across the
political spectrum who are affected by the Commission's exclusionary
practices. Free and Equal will continue to support Gov. Gary Johnson’s
efforts and encourage Americans to take action by signing his
Presidential Debates Petition
