The facts are, as Postol says, that Iron Dome is largely ineffective, except at lining the pockets of its producers, and for propaganda purposes regarding Israeli technological superiority. Postol is wrong, however, as Finkelstein right claims, regarding the effectiveness of shelters & early warning. The truth is that Hamas "rockets" rarely land in populated areas, and when they do, all Israelis have to do is lie down. Too bad the Palestinians can't protect themselves in a like manner.
