[Peace-discuss] Fate of Gaza truce in balance as toll tops 2,000; Twitter storm in 10 minutes

It's down to the wire. The 5 day ceasefire expires today at midnight local
time, i.e. in five hours. Hamas officials continue to say that they are
going to hold out for an agreement that ends the blockade. If that's true,
then the choices are: end the blockade now through diplomacy or more war.
