The Identity-Politics-Not-Class-Politics Democrats would rather have the grievance ('disrespectful to women!') than the obvious solution, a single-payer system (which Obamacare was designed to traduce).

Organizing against Republican/Tea Party sins in favor of a vicious female candidate is a good way to cover the Democrats' work for Wall St./Big Pharma/etc.

What hypocrisy.
