[Peace-discuss] Firm hired by UI re athletic issues

Both the football coach and the women's basketball coach have been accused of physically and emotionally abusive behavior. The U of I administration hires a Chicago law firm whose sole purpose is to protect employers from either having unions formed, or from union demands. In the background is a perhaps growing movement for unionization of college athletes, which began with the Northwestern football team a couple of years ago.
