[Peace-discuss] what's up with the Clinton nuke bailout?

Considering the argument that we should subsidize nuclear power because of
climate change: shouldn't Exelon, or someone, have to show that this is the
most efficient way to achieve reductions in carbon emissions for the amount
of subsidy?
