I think that''s basically Andrew Becavich's approach in "America's War for
the Greater Middle East," one long war since what's called the First
Persian Gulf War (I haven't read the book, however). And the incoming
commander in chief says he'll "bomb the shit out of 'em." Then Exxon can
come in, clean it all up, and "we'll have the oil."
