[Peace] AWARE spokes, be ready

On sunday we'd like the spokes to be prepared to give a very brief report
back on what you've done last week, what you will do,what help you need.
If you can't come, send someone from your group. Have something concrete
in mind to tell the group--next meeting time, etc. Don't fumble.
