I just wanted to make sure everyone is aware of the national
organization of student groups opposed to war:
    http://cyounkin.web.wesleyan.edu/
Peaceful Justice: Concerned Students for Justice without War

I have found it good to read the British newspapers (guardian.co.uk
and thetimes.co.uk) online, since they have a wider spectrum of views
than most US newspapers.

Two though-provoking articles were:

 http://www.guardian.co.uk/Archive/Article/0,4273,4257777,00.html
"Religion's misguided missiles: Promise a young man that death is
not the end and he will willingly cause disaster", by Richard Dawkins

 http://www.prospect.org/webfeatures/2001/09/purdy-j-09-18.html
"After Innocence" by Jedidiah Purdy (in the American Prospect),
including an analysis of how globalization relates to the seeds of terrorism
