Dear Back From the Brink Supporters,

Nuclear weapons are back in the news — with the Pentagon talking about
building a “usable” nuclear weapon and conducting a nuclear war on
terrorism. And as our campaign has been saying, nuclear weapons on
hair-trigger alert are the front line of usability.

Now is the time for an informed citizenry to come to the aid of their
politicians. Because, as the Chinese proverb goes: “If we do not change
direction, we are likely to end up where we are headed.”
