[Profs. Kellogg and Gandhi recently attended the conference in Switzerland.   
 
Dr. Earl Kellogg earned his Ph.D. degree in agricultural economics from Michigan State University.

 Dr. Kellogg is the Associate Provost for International Affairs at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). His previous positions have included Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Winrock International (1992-1997) and Executive Director of the Consortium for International Development (1985-1992). He was a Professor of Agricultural Economics at the University of Illinois from 1971-1985. Dr. Kellogg has worked in more than 15 countries for numerous international and U.S. institutions including USAID, FAO, CGIAR, IFPRI and the Ford Foundation.  Dr. Kellogg can be reached at:

Prof. Rajmohan Gandhi is the Director of the Global Crossroads Project at UIUC.  Prof. Gandhi is the grandson of Mahatama Gandhi.  Prof. Gandhi has been also involved in Track II Diplomacy between India and Pakistan.
