[Peace] Report of Lori Serb's trial on ucimc

1)  who the hell is this guy?
2)  why does he continue to argue not only the point everyone agrees with,
but also the point which is not part of the court case?

and 3) why is this happening on the peace list, rather than peace-discuss?
