He has a doctoral in Political Science and a doctoral in Physics from the University of Illinois.  His research interests have involved democracies in developing countries, with interests in the Middle East, Cambodia, and North Africa.  He has also uses chaos theory in developing an understanding of the political dimensions in the current world order.  He teaches a number of courses and is a regular speaker on the role of U.N, international security and multiracial democracies.  Prof. Arfi can be reached at:    b-arfi at uiuc.edu---------------------------------Prof. Rajmohan Gandhi is a visiting faculty at the Department of Political Science, and is the Director of the Global Crossroads Project at the University of Illinois. His particular interests involve South Asia.  He has been a MP in the Indian Parliament. He has been involved in Track II Diplomacy in improving India-Pakistan relations.  He has also initiated and led a number of Interfaith Dialogues and Forums, most recently to Switzerland.  He also teaches political science courses at the UIUC.  Prof. Gandhi, is the grandson of Mahatama Gandhi.  Prof. Gandhi can be reached at: rgandhi at uiuc.edu-------------------------------Prof. Al Kagan is African Studies Bibliographer and Professor of Library Administration. He has led a number of efforts at the university, support the rights of international faculty and students pertaining to recent immigration policies; including facilitating establishment (for the first time) Legal Aid Fund at the UIUC.  Prof. Kagan is also associated with the local Anti-War Anti Racism Effort (AWARE).  Prof. Kagan can be reached at:  akagan at uiuc.edu ----------------Pastor Larry Wilson leads the congregation at the Mennonite Church, Urbana.  He represents Mennonite Church in the Religious Workers Association, and is actively involved in the local Interfaith Dialogue activities.  Pastor Wilson also oversees efforts geared towards local community work involving Habitat for Humanity, Ten Thousand Villages, Center for Women in Transition, T.I.M.E.S. Center, and Victims Offender Reconciliation Program of Champaign County.
