[Peace] NEW vigil development - informal music starting 6:30

The original organizer of Sunday's vigil, Cynthia Williams has found a small
group of people who will bring their instruments to Carle Park and play
music starting at 6:30 PM (half an hour before the vigil), stopping for the
silent vigil at 7:00 sharp. She asks that anyone else interested in bringing
an instrument to join them please do so (and, of course, those interested in
singing along or just enjoying it all as well =8-).
