WHAT: Local Solutions to Global Problems: Economic, Cultural and
Social Rights. A free, two-day human
rights conference covering local, national, and international issues
such as healthcare, labor rights, education, and globalization will
be hosted by the local Amnesty International chapter.
WHERE: The University YMCA at the corner of Wright and Chalmers in
Champaign
WHEN: March 6 (9:00-4:30) and 7 (10:00-3:00) Free lunch for the
first 100 to register on Saturday.

10:30-11:30 Keynote address: "The Nature and Importance of Economic
and Social Rights" by Belden Fields
