please forward to whoever might be interested:

So you've watched the debates and read the newspaper.... are you still curious about some of the other US Presidential candidates? Still waiting for Bush and Kerry to visit Illinois? Want to see a candidate in person? Come hear...

David Cobb, Green Party US Presidential Candidate
main lounge of Allen Hall
Monday, October 25
8:30-10:00 PM.

David Cobb is a lawyer from Texas currently living in California. He was the general counsel of the Green Party before making his decision to run for president of the United States last year. He was nominated to run as the Green Party presidential candidate this June at a highly competitive Green Party National Convention in Milwaukee, earning a majority over other candidates such as Ralph Nader - former Green Presidential candidate. David Cobb is campaigning all over the country to ask citizens to invest their vote in the Green Party. Cobb speaks out against the American political system that forces voters to vote against what they hate rather than for what they want. He was recently arrested in St. Louis crossing the police line with Libertarian candidate Michael Badnarik to enter the recent presidential debate. Cobb is an exciting and motivational speaker who will encourage attendees to not only vote, but also to get involved in the community and the local political system.
