Walking in Circles: The Labyrinth as a Sacred Path" - Barb Jauhola

The labyrinth is an ancient symbol found in many locations around the world. Today labyrinths are in parks, churches, retreat centers, medical facilities, colleges, museums, and many private spaces. Labyrinths can be used as tools for meditation, insight & imagination, relaxation & letting go, connecting with one's creativity, and integration of mind & body through movement. Many find walking its single winding path to the center and then out again to be beneficial, especially during times of stress. Each experience in the labyrinth is unique -- we invite you to walk its path and discover what it may have to offer you.
