about Bill Taylor losing a hand in an accident. Plans
will be made for fundraising, centered around WEFT.
Lori Serb and Kim Krannich will be involved.

WEFT Pledge Drive (Randall): Randall Cotton discussed
the current slow pledge drive at WEFT. He suggested
that individuals consider giving more, or sponsoring a
matching or step-up challenge.

New Ideas

- WRFU Programming (Phil, Julio)

Phil and Julio suggested that individuals consider
doing a program at the New WRFU, 100 watt radio
station in Urbana. It takes two people to sponsor and
plan a program, whether it be music or talk. It was
suggested that AWARE have a weekly or monthly hour.

Students for Environmental Concerns: Ashley Peterson
asked for co-sponsorship of “The Hidden Faces of
Environmental Justice” events upcoming this week on
Wednesday and Thursday, Wed. at Y 4-6:30, Thursday
Boardman’s Art Theatre 6:30 to 9:30. It was agreed to
co-sponsor with $100 contribution.
