[Peace] Iraq War Anniversary Prayer Service

In conjuction with the community rally on Mar 19th (from a suggestion by
AWARE's Carol Inskeep), a number of peace churches have banded together to
plan a prayer service to be held on Thu Mar 17th at 7:00pm at Community
United Church of Christ at 6th & Daniel.  We consider this a complimentary
event to the rally on the 19th, and plan to encourage everyone who comes to
the service to go to the rally as well.  It will be an ecumenical service
that includes prayer, litany, songs, and silence, and will end with a
tolling of the bells to signify the loss of life and suffering that has
resulted from the war.  We hope that those from any religious tradition will
feel comfortable grieving with us, and moving from grief to healing and hope
and action.
