[Peace] GEO rally for living wages!

The Graduate Employees' Organization will be holding a Rally for a Living
Wage this coming Wednesday, December 6, at Noon at the Alma Mater.During
current contract negotiations the university administration is offering
graduate student-workers $1,000 less than the $13,500 they say it costs to
live and study in Champaign-Urbana each year. GEO members and their
supporters will be gathering at the corner of Wright and Green on
Wednesday to urge the University to offer fair pay in its contract
proposal.
