PROTEST THE CIA*
WHERE: Lincoln Hall, rm. 194
WHEN: 6:30 PM CST, Tuesday, October 9th

*We plan to leaflet "The Truth About the CIA" flyers to attendees and then 
encourage people to attend our counter-meeting where we will present a short 
lecture on the true history of the CIA, directly next door to the CIA's 
recruitment meeting in Lincoln Hall.

The Central Intelligence Agency is coming to campus this Tuesday, Oct. 9th 
to attempt to recruit members to the CIA.
The CIA is responsible for overthrowing democratically elected governments, 
training death squads, providing lists of dissidents to authorities, torture 
and espionage.

TAKE A STAND! DON'T LET THEM SPREAD HATE AND FEAR ON OUR CAMPUS!

Join the CAN (Campus Anti-War Network) Iraq Veterans Against the War and 
others for a counter-recruitment and learn why we are taking a stand against 
the atrocities of the CIA and why they are not welcome at the U of I!
