[Peace] OCTOBER 27 "VAN send off " and DEFUND / REFUND RALLY

Peace list,

We might need more drivers (over 21 years of age). I'd like to see at least 1 relief driver per 2 vehicles. 

I forwarded the message about the rallies in Chicago and Champaign to the Y on campus as well.

Feel free to let other groups know as well. Maybe the IDF?
