[Peace] Learn More About IRV and Clean Election Reforms

For those who are interested local election reforms, the Democratic  
Party is hosting a Community Meet-up  Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 7:00 pm  
at its headquarters at 14 E. Washington, C.  The program will address  
two initiatives: "Clean Elections" and "Instant Runoff Voting".

Cameron Satterthwaite will discuss Clean Elections.   Durl Kruse and  
Tom Mallon will be making the case for Instant Runoff Voting and  
sharing the progress being made for placing this initiative on the  
ballot as a binding referendum in Urbana.

Learn about these issues and how you can become more involved in  
helping to reform our election process.

The presentations are open to the public and all are welcome.
