: Sweetcorn Festival, August 22nd and 23rd. The Sweetcorn Festival is a

: listen to live music. This year you also have an opportunity to
volunteer and
: help make the festival more sustainable! The Champaign-Urbana
Sustainability
: Coalition, of which we are a part, is working with the Urbana Business
: Association to "green" the festival. One new feature will be recycling
bins
: located next to all the garbage cans, and staffed by volunteers to help
educate
: and guide people as they dispose of their waste. We're looking for about
30
: volunteers who can work for one 3-4 hour shift. If you volunteer, you'll
get a
: free T-shirt and corn. You will receive a short training session with

: refreshments or lunch on August 20 from 11:00am-noon.

: This will be a great opportunity to do a different kind of volunteering
than
: many of you have been doing with us, and a fun chance to interact with
