his book with David Corn, Washington bureau 
chief for Mother Jones magazine. Following the 
taping of After Words, Matt Taibbi and David 
Corn took 
questions from the audience at Politics and Prose 
bookstore in Washington, DC.

political dictionary. Originally published in 1968, Mr. 
Safire examines political language, defining such

and "red/blue state." Mr. Safire discussed his book on 
the syndicated radio show, The Book Guys.
