[Peace] CALL FOR ATTENDANCE: Poverty Referendum Press Conference

PLEASE ENCOURAGE OTHERS YOU KNOW TO PARTICIPATE

This a call for folks to attend tomorrow's press conference promoting
passage of the City of Champaign Township referendum on Tuesday's ballot
to increase funding for General Assistance financial aid to the disabled
and the poorest of the poor.

Please take off early for lunch and join us for the event in support.

Date: TOMORROW (Friday)
Time: 11:30AM
Place: Champaign City Council Chambers
        Champaign City Building, 102 N. Neil St.
        (ground floor east side of the building)
        (Council Chambers are to your left as you go through the main
entrance)

The more members present from the organizations below and the more
supportive audience members that are present, the better. Please consider
taking the short time (30 to 45 minutes including drive time 8-)  to
support this cause. For more information on the issue, please see
references at the end of this message).
