Yeah, it's definitely a phishing scam.  Recovering the data on your hard
drive after it's trashed by a virus will cost you more than $109.30.  Delete
junk like this.  The IRS doesn't communicate in this way, especially from
dhbzzu at red.com.  And the feds CAN spell "receive".
