Jeshaun!

Again, Jeshaun is in court Jan. 19 at 2pm in the Champaign County
courthouse, downtown Urbana.
Jeshaun, a 15 year old, watched his best friend Kiwane be "accidentally"
shot dead
and now he is being charged with aggravated resistance to a peace officer.
We've FOIAd the medical records on the injuries sustained by Finney and were
denied.
Now the State's Attorney, an elected official, is representing the "public"
with evidence the public has no access to.
Stay tuned for actions on the 19th.

Also, tonight at 7pm there will be a follow-up study session on the Use of
Force policy by the city council at city hall in downtown Champaign.
