If you go to this link and go into the program by 25 minutes and 12 seconds, you will hear a 15 minute interview based on investigative journalism (an NPR journalist Natalie Moore and a Chicago journalist Kelly Virella from the Chicago Reporter) concerning the use of tasers on prisoners in restraints at the  Kankakee County Jail. three hundred prisoners from Cook County jail have been sent there by contract.

The program is called Eight forty-Eight and it is part of WBEZ  (public radio) schedule, somewhat akin to Focus 580 here. http://www.chicagopublicradio.org/program_848.aspx. The interview took place on May 3, 2010.
