AWARE's weekly meetings *are moving* to McKinley Foundation,
5th and Daniel streets (809 S. 5th), on the UofI campus.
Please join us in the Dean Clark room, main floor, near the game room.

Meeting times are the same as before: every Sunday at 5pm.
We'll be at McKinley beginning *this* Sunday, 5/23.

Also, at 2pm this Sunday afternoon, May 23rd, come and watch the
Iranian film, "No One Knows About Persian Cats", in the
Champaign Public Library's Robeson room "A".

This comedy tells the story of young rock musicians who, forbidden to
play in their native Iran, secretly form a band and plan to play in Europe.
The film was made by Kurdish director Bahman Ghobadi, without permits,
and the actors are real-life underground musicians.

Unlikely to be shown legally in Iran, this film has been delighting audiences
elsewhere since its 2009 release. FREE, and all are welcome. Refreshments and
after-film discussion. Sponsored by the AWARE Films group.
