Dear All,

The Illinois Coalition Against Torture (ICAT) is a recently formed coalition
in
which multiple MCHR organizations are involved. Since its formation ICAT
has
been extremely active, especially in response to the Burge trial which is
currently underway. Below is an announcement for an upcoming event sponsored
by
both ICAT and DePaul's International Human Rights Law Institute. Be on the
look
out for MCHR and ICAT news about the Burge trial as it progresses.

Best Wishes,

Claire Leslie
