There will be another showing of "9500 Liberty", Saturday, November 27 at 3pm.

Last night's showing: This film was quite moving: "9500 Liberty" (a
documentary about a Virginia town's explosive battle over immigration
policy when elected officials adopt a law requiring police officers to
question anyone they have "probable cause" to suspect is an
undocumented immigrant.)

6 people attended, 3 were from AWARE: Karen Medina, Stuart Levy, and
Don McClure.

The discussion after was very good too. Partly because there were only
6 of us, we could brainstorm a bit about how to tackle things like
arguments based on fear. It was a very good evening.
