[Peace] Documentary Night at IMC Film Fest with Aaron Ammons

Join us tonight for the second night of the IMC Film Fest with host Aaron
Ammons who will lead a discussion on the issues facing those with felony
convictions following a screening about the work of the prison activist
group All of Us or None.

Following will be a short film about early Chicago anarchist Ben Reitman,
and film footage from Chicago IMC.

All events are free and begin at 7pm!

Join us for the screening of these two documentaries made by the group All
of Us or None. We will learn how felony convictions continue to shackle
those who have individuals even after they have paid their debt to society.
A discussion will be held afterwards with Aaron Ammons. We recommend that
those who have felony convictions attend.

The More Things Stay The Same examines the life and world of Dr. Ben Reitman
(1879-1942), known in his day as “the Clap Doctor”, “King of the Hoboes” and
“the most vulgar man in America”. It forms an endearing portrait of
Reitman’s colorful life, and investigates the cultural and social context of
his times.
