The US government is lying to its people about the goals of its policy in Syria (and the entire Mideast); Russia is not. 

If we’re to prevent the US government from continuing to kill people in the Mideast, we have to understand what they’re actually doing and why.

The Obama administration is primarily protecting the economic hegemony of the US 1% in the Mideast - and by means of that, the world, thorough the control of energy resources.

Why Criticize Your Own Government — and leave out others?
