[Peace] Kyle Ammons' remarks after Passage of UrbanaSanctuary City

One hardly knows where to begin, other than correcting the subject line wherein Alderman Aaron Ammons is misidentified as "Kyle" Ammons. 

This list continually confounds and baffles.
