against the Illinois Constitution and the Ethics Act.

"As the presidential campaign rages, the foreign policy and international
law challenges have been pushed to the background. But after early November
they will take center stage. What key foreign policy issues must the next
Administration quickly address and what domestic and international legal
challenges do they raise?"



Harold Hongju Koh returned to Yale Law School in January 2013 after serving
for nearly four years as the Legal Adviser of the U.S. Department of State
when Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State. Koh and Clinton have been
friends for a very long time.
