[Peace] Peace list is for announcements - please remove it from To/Cc when replying to others' messages!

Niloofar is right.   Please use the Peace list for announcements, not 
discussions.

If you're replying to someone else's message, please check that the 
Peace list isn't included in the To: or Cc: list.  If it is, please take 
it off.   Send it to peace-discuss if you like, but not to peace.
