Welcome to our home in Crystal Lake Park. We have room available to move in
right away!

The room is fully furnished with new hardwood floors, new queen bed, and
hand-made curtains. The room has a very large closet, plenty of storage
space, central AC, a porch in the front, a fruit and flower garden in back.
The house is 5 blocks away from Downtown Urbana and located near the Gold
Bus Line for easy access. We have two friendly kitties living with us, so
we are looking for people who are friendly to kitties as well.
Unfortunately, no other pets would be allowed at this time. This home is
also a non-smoking home.

Rental price includes all utilities (heat, AC, water, sewage, internet,
trash, and recycle)

This bedroom is on the 2nd floor, west side of house, is 16'8" x 11'4"
