[Peace] the demonstration today, Monday, June 1, 2020: 3pm / info

* This will be peaceful.
* "Local Law Enforcement has been looped into the conversations to keep us
safe and some have said they want to walk with us."
* Everyone is doing their best to be COVID aware.

They are holding this protest to ask for:
1. Increased Police Accountability
2. Justice for George Floyd and Aleyah Lewis
3. Reform of local Citizen Review Boards

HV Neighborhood Transformations is taking the lead:  They are promoting an
initiative called 40 Days of Peace and Community Building that will kick
off this summer.

The Plan for today, Monday, June 1, 2020:
3PM - Gather in front of the County Courthouse in Urbana for welcome and a
few speakers
3:30PM - Walk up Broadway Avenue to University and East on University to
Vine/Cunningham

Occupy the Intersection of Vine and University for 7 Minutes (to symbolize
how long George Floyd was held down until he died)

March south on Vine to Urbana City Hall -

Gather in Lincoln Square Parking Lot across from City Hall for closing
words, reminder to Vote - and possibly a song.
