Dear Danielle,

Thanks for keeping us posted on all of the details. Our 
electrician will be installing all the wiring tomorrow 
morning, and Bill DeJarnette has received all of the 
equipmenht. We're looking forward to Friday afternoon.

Please let me know if you need us to make any other 
preparations. (We'll photograph the event for our monthly 
newsletter.)
