[Rfu-barnraising] FCC and Studio Update

I heard from the FCC this morning. They are expediting our minor 
amendment and we should have something from them next week.

At last evening's Space meeting, we resolved outstanding issues on the 
RFU studio design with a solution that everyone can live with. Andrew 
will have full minutes of the meeting soon for the details. Meanwhile, I 
gotta go.
