[Rfu-barnraising] Plan Commission Approves SUP; Next in City Council, Nov. 7

The Urbana Plan Commission tonight approved the request by UC IMC for a 
special use permit for the WRFU tower. This forwards the SUP to the 
final step in the process, a vote by the Urbana City Council on Nov. 7, 
just days before the barnraising. It is expected that the council will 
generally approve such a SUP after a unanimous vote, it will still be 
important to show support for the SUP at that time. I will update people 
on that as the time draws near.
