[Rfu-outreach] Station meeting this Saturday - working group activity

Hi,

Our next Station-wide meeting is this Saturday at 1pm. We will be  
talking about important matters related to station finances, our tower  
campaign, and more. It's important that we have a large and  
representative turnout in order to take decisions and discuss these  
issues.

I wan to make sure that each working group meets before or after the  
regular meeting, to take care of issues within its remit. It's  
important that the groups continue to have a regular meeting schedule.  
In particular, the developments in our tower campaign require active  
involvement from our Tech and Finance groups. I would ask people  
involved with each group to ensure a meeting is called and held. If no  
one else has called a meeting for your group, that's an indication  
that you should send out a mail suggesting a time.

calling and facilitating meetings, for 6 or 12 month terms.  
Appointment to take place at this meeting.

If you have any items you want to make sure are covered, or reports  
for the meeting, please send them to the RFU at lists.chambana.net  
address, with as much advance notice as possible. If the items are  
related to a working group, please also copy that group, and raise the  
matter at the group meeting.
